Our Lady of Medjugorje's Message
"Dear children! Today, I and my Son desire to give you an abundance of joy and peace so that each of you may be a joyful carrier and witness of peace and joy in the places where you live. Little children, be a blessing and be peace. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Liturgy of the Hours (Divine Office) is meant for ALL Catholics
Praying the Liturgy of the Hours is a great way for all Catholics to pray, as they are able, throughout the day, and live out the call in Sacred Scripture to pray without ceasing.
There is an app for that too! Look up Divine Office on your iPhone or other smart phone device.
Living Our Faith | Prayer | The Liturgy of the Hours (also known as the Divine Office)
"The Liturgy of the Hours (also known as the Divine Office) is the richest single prayer resource of the Christian Church. It provides prayers, psalms and meditation for every hour of every day. It has existed from the earliest times, to fulfil the Lord's command to pray without ceasing," according to universalis.com, the website that makes the liturgical and devotional resources of the Catholic Church available on the new electronic media.
Evangelization & Divine Mercy lead woman to Catholic Church
Simply having a statue in the home leads the cleaning lady to Jesus, resulting in a strong faith conversion and a marriage filled with God's presence.
Divine Mercy devotion leads woman to enter Church
As Catholics here in the archdiocese and around the world mark the feast of Divine Mercy this Sunday, April 19, Daly will be celebrating the fact that because of the devotion, she’s one of the newest members of the Catholic Church.
And if it weren’t for another local Catholic woman and a statue of Jesus, none of that might have been possible.
In April 2007, Daly began a job cleaning the West County home of Diane and Dave Snively. The Snivelys, members of Incarnate Word Parish in Chesterfield, had been seeking someone to clean their new home and learned about Daly through friends.

Archbishop Carlson--You Cannot be Catholic and Pro-Choice
Not just a great opinion, but a great message of Truth from Archbishop Carlson
Before the Cross | Good Catholics cannot be pro-choice; The Fifth Commandment demands respect for life as God's most precious gift
God's law in the Old Testament is clear and unambiguous: You shall not kill. Jesus is even more demanding: Every one who is angry is liable to judgment.
Sins against the Fifth Commandment are easy to commit. Any time we think, speak or act out of anger or hatred or jealousy or revenge, we abuse God's commandment that we respect His most precious gift, the gift of life — especially human life.

“In Medjugorje Our Lady is coming in a very powerful way...It is impossible not to see here the Lord our God. Impossible!...In all our churches throughout the world, it should be as it is here in Medjugorje!
*Bishop Domenico Pecile, Vicar of St John Lateran Basilica, the Pope’s Cathedral in Rome
“Because of my responsibility as a bishop of the Catholic Church, I have come personally to see if this event is real, if it is acceptable. From the very first time that I came to Medjugorje, my conviction is that these events are authentic. In Medjugorje, Our Lady is coming in a very powerful way, an outstanding way, different than her other comings. It is impossible not to see here the Lord our God. Impossible! I come here to pray to Our Lady, to feel her presence, not only because I feel the need for it, but because this is giving me a consolation on the road, a strength to continue, to walk with one additional reason, with the conviction that God truly loves us all.
“At other places of pilgrimage where Our Lady was appearing, some miracles have happened, and this is beautiful. But here, for such a long time, Our Lady is giving messages, is continuing to speak. I would say that, here, Our Lady continues to speak to humanity. She is not doing it from a pulpit, but as a mother. Those who want to hear and to obey: they listen. Those who do not want: they don’t listen. Our Lady is continuing to speak here. I think that this is because the time in which we live is powerful and important as no time before. In our time, Our Lady is observing as a mother, seeing our reality and coming to help us to think again about our way of life and about the world in which we live...
“In Eucharistic celebrations, I saw something extraordinary: pilgrims were attentive, concentrated, although we had Holy Mass in a conference hall. Nothing could distract them; they experienced something deep within them. The presence of the mystery can almost be felt in the air here. The faithful come to the churches elsewhere also, but you see them talking. But not here! Here, they are attentive!
